How to Use: Using the nozzle, slowly suck up the sterilized water or solution to be used. Insert the nozzle into the vagina or anus and apply by squeezing the shower head. Keep it pressed until the nozzle is completely removed from the vagina or anus to prevent the solution from returning to the inside of the shower head.
Hygiene: Before and after each application, wash all components with water and mild soap, sucking up water three to four times. Then immerse in a container with boiling water (with the heat off) for at least 5 minutes.
