LOJAPERIDELL offers its customers quality products, seeking partnerships with the best suppliers in the various categories it sells. Out of respect for its customers, to maintain the credibility it has earned and to always achieve customer satisfaction, it has created an Exchange and Return Policy.

Learn below the rules of this policy and in which situations you can use it.

1- General Considerations

Occurrences involving exchange or return must be communicated to PERIDELL.

Products returned without this communication, after the deadline or missing items/accessories will be returned without prior consultation.

The products do not undergo any changes at our Distribution Center: we send them to the customer exactly as they were delivered to us by the manufacturer.

If any of the following situations occur, refuse to receive the product:

Open or damaged packaging;

Damaged product;

Product does not match the order;

Missing accessories.

If, however, the product is received inadvertently and one or more of the above-mentioned situations are found to have occurred, please contact our Customer Service Center within 72 hours.

*All shipping costs for exchanges due to defects, returns or cancellations will be borne entirely by the buyer. We will not accept any collect shipping.

2- Manufacturing Defect

The exchange request must be communicated to our Customer Service Center within seven calendar days from the date of receipt.

If the product purchased from our store presents a defect after seven days from the date of receipt, but within the manufacturer's warranty period, you can contact the manufacturer to report the occurrence and obtain a refund. If you are unable to contact the manufacturer, please notify our Customer Service Center.

Returned products must have the original manufacturer's seal intact, accompanied by the invoice, manual, all accessories and preferably in the original packaging.

All products will undergo a prior analysis and if it is found that there is no defect or that any of the conditions described in the previous topic are not met, the product will be returned to the customer.

The contractual warranty is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer and its term and form of use are mentioned in the Warranty Term that accompanies the product.

3- Withdrawal / Regret

To return a product due to regret, the following conditions must be observed:

The deadline to cancel the purchase of the product is up to seven calendar days, counting from the date of receipt, cancel the purchase, provided that you contact PERIDELL using the "Return Request" form, informing us of your decision, the reason for wishing to regret the purchase and also informing the order number;

The product must be returned in its original packaging, with no signs of use, without breaking the original manufacturer's seal, accompanied by the invoice, manual and all accessories, with freight paid;

When PERIDELL receives the material, we will have a period of seven days to accept the return. This acceptance consists of verifying that the product received was the same as that delivered, if it is complete and in perfect working order.

After approval, PERIDELL has a period of up to 30 days to refund or credit the total amount of the transaction to the buyer's card administrator or credit to their bank account.
